Mohammad Shahadat Kamal, widely recognized as MS Kamal, is a Licensed Paralegal and a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario. With over 14 years of combined academic and practical experience, he has established himself as a trusted legal professional dedicated to serving his community with integrity, diligence, and professionalism.
MS Kamal is the founder of MS Kamal Legal Services, a legal firm that reflects his commitment to providing high-quality legal support within the scope of paralegal practice. Before founding his own firm, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience at Emerald Legal Professional Corporation, one of Toronto’s well-regarded legal firms. There, he worked under the mentorship of MOHAMMAD ABDUR RAZZAK, a seasoned Barrister and Solicitor, for more than three years. This period was instrumental in shaping his hands-on expertise in areas such as Small Claims Court matters, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Landlord and Tenant Board disputes.
MS. Kamal also gained valuable professional experience while working with Topmarke Attorneys, LLP prior to working with Emerald. During his time there, he worked with various litigation processes, conducting legal research and drafting and finalizing court and tribunal materials.
Mr. Kamal is highly experienced in Landlord and Tenant disputes, enabling him to effectively handle matters, applications for review of orders, and the resolution process before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
He also has extensive experience in Small Claims Court matters, including preparing claims and defenses, as well as negotiating settlements before the Small Claims Court of Ontario.
He has hands-on experience dealing with Traffic Ticket disputes and provides effective representation and support to numerous clients before the Ontario Court of Justice.
His deep understanding of immigration issues and his commitment to advocating for refugee claimants before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) further highlight his dedication to public service.

Academically, Mr. Kamal has pursued extensive studies in Introduction to Canadian Law, Torts and Contracts, Working with the Residential Tenancies Act, Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Provincial Offences, Tribunal Practice and Procedure, Ethics and Professional Practice, Criminal Procedure, Summary Conviction Law, Administrative Law, Legal Research, and other related subjects. These studies have equipped him with the qualifications and expertise necessary to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and various Ontario tribunals.
