Notary Public
Notary Public & Commissioner of Affidavits Services
In Ontario, a Notary Public and Commissioner of Affidavits is appointed by the provincial government to serve the public as an independent and impartial witness when documents are signed or when oaths, affirmations, and statutory declarations are sworn.
As a licensed paralegal and appointed Notary Public/Commissioner of Affidavits, we provide notarial services in accordance with Ontario law. Our role is to verify identity, witness signatures, administer oaths and affirmations, and certify copies of documents. We do not provide legal advice unless separately retained to do so.
